Complete an Analysis:
Consider having a technology analysis completed and a potential managed solution designed for your school. Our analysis is designed to give schools the information to understand their current technology situation.

During the Analysis process, we focus on several key areas including evaluating your existing labor resources from a cost effectiveness and performance at service delivery perspective. We collect data on your technology related inventory, infrastructure, past spending patterns, while obtaining real time data through listening sessions and web-based surveys from your existing staff.

Many schools are surprised at all the hidden factors affecting their technology performance. These factors include: aged equipment, infrastructure deficiencies, lack of meaningful professional development, ineffective or misaligned labor resources and other common barriers.

Upon completion of the Analysis, VARtek provides a detailed report outlining the key areas of focus. Most administrative teams, school boards and other educational leaders have found the Technology Analysis to be a highly-informative tool for evaluating a technology environment.

This comprehensive analysis provides a detailed “snapshot” of your current technology system, which defines areas of success and indicates where there is room for improvement. Each core area organizes the information into key Findings, Timeline and Recommendations along with establishing a baseline for future planning, a cross comparative of your school to other peer schools and suggestions for action items. This information is then used as a baseline to establish realistic and measurable technology goals for the future.
