VARtek Service Desk
The VARtek Service Desk support icon, located on your desktop, allows you to connect in real-time with VARtek's trained expert technicians quickly and easily.
Schools that do not have an onsite technician 5 days per week have access to the Service Desk from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. It can even be access from home! This means that VARtek technical support is always available whether a technician is on-site or not.
