Although we are proud of our achievements over the years, growth alone is not our goal. Ernst & Young, LLP - Miami Valley
The Entrepreneur of the Year Award celebrates entrepreneurs who are building and leading successful, growing and dynamic businesses. The selection committee judges individuals based on evaluations by their customers, employees, and key business associates. The local Entrepreneur winners also participate in a national competition.

Inc. 500 Award
The Inc. 500 ranks privately held companies according to averaged, year-over-year sales growth over the past four years. With approximately 75% of all new job creation in the US coming from small businesses, the Inc. 500 represents many of the companies and industries that are driving the economy forward.

Small Business of the Year
VARtek was recognized by a local business news publication that awards this honor to the best and brightest entrepreneurs in the Dayton area and their successful ventures. Winners were judged by a panel made up of local business leaders, deans of college business departments, the Small Business Development Center and the Chamber of Commerce.

Technology Management System (TMS)
